Misuse of my children鈥檚 social security numbers 鈥?Who do I report it to? |
Hi, Get free copies from the website below I would contact everyone on the credit report and start having things shut off immediately and also contact the local police this is not called misuse it is called Identity theft it is a serious crime. Your children's personal information has been stolen and used without either of your knowledge to commit fraud or other crimes. You will probably have to contact a lot of places to save your children especially if they have been using their I.D. on line, check out these two links they will help a lot, GOOD LUCK Have them arrested for identity theft. It is going to cause some problems for your kids until this gets straightened out so the sooner the better. You can get a credit report on line for free through www.annualcreditreport.com. This is NOT the one that charges you. It is the one that provides a free copy of your credit report from each of the three agencies per the law. I wish you luck prosecuting this flake. Anyone who does what they have deserves to be punished. Contact the police immediately, then the social security administration and the utilities services. It's identity theft and theft of services. Call you local county prosecutor or district attorney. |
