My husband was injured at work and applied for temporary social security now he received a notice that he was ? |
deemed permanently disabled. He has been working off and on since he applied. Social Security has deposited a large sum of money in our account and has informed us that he will be receiving a monthly check. Our question is what happens now? He could not get an appointment with his SS case worker until the end of September. He is a Laborer and has once again been laid off does he need to stop working until he see his case worker? Can anyone help? No. He can work part time. See attached. |
