If the cops test someone and he lies. Is he automatically guilty on all other charges?

Lets assume, the police, or the FBI, or any law enforcement entity, even the military arm of investigations, and the bring someone in for questioning. Lets say they ask him a question and he lies. Is he automatically found guilty on all other charges?

Who said anything about a polygraph? This individual had people report him + there is audio video of him committing crimes against the county, state and the the U.S

No, polygraphs are completely unreliable.

Negative. First the prsecutors have to try you on each account. A person(s) recollection can change at anytime given the cirumstances. I.e., stress, or stress free. Ever try to recall an event when your were young? sometimes just a specific setting while telling the story can bring in more detail and vice versa, left out detail.

Each case or criminal charge must be tried in a court of law by your peers separately.

BTW, as someone else chimed in on the polygraph. That test is beatable and is not upheld in a court of law. Atleast in the US. The polygraph is more or less a bragging right, but cannot be used in court.

Edit to add for your additional details. Then your "friend" is screwed. I once was on a jury where the defendent was trying to sway a jury member while he was in jail. The jail had audio of it all. No brainer slam dunk. He like your "friend" is screwed.

A law enforcement agency cannot make a finding of guilt. Only a court can do that.

No. He'll go to trial and they will determine if he was just nervous in the polygraph or really lying.

No.

NOPE!
