What would your opinion of the definition malpractice be? |
What would your opinion of the definition of medical malpractice be? For example would you say maybe one form of medical malpractice (or would it be medical negligence) where a doctor has your abnormal MRI's right in front of his face and tells you there is "Nothing Wrong With You". Then you have heard from a doctor you no longer go to that he diagnosed you with stuff like: Arnold Chiari Malformation, Osteoartritis/Degenerative Disc Disease, Forimanal Stenosis, and Central Canal Stenosis. Then you take the records to a doctor and he will not even look at them, so you try to tell him what was diagnosed at one time, since he will not look and he looks at you will not treat you and says,"there is nothing wrong with you". There is more to it. I am absolutely ticked! That happened to me. So what would you say that is? Sorry but I wouldn't call that malpractice or negligence. That is I WOULDN'T, I'm not a lawyer so can't tell you what they say. Thing is that Doctors usually would tell you to get a second opinion about things like what you are saying is wrong. You went and got a second opinion and were diagnosed. That tells me that you need a new doctor, not that he was negligent in a way that harmed your permanent health. Yeah that first doctor did a crappy job. Running for President and claiming that as a community organizer he is capable of being the president.....oh I'm sorry this is a medical question. |
