How can i compare and contrast between 2 countries in INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY?

That really depends on the countries or organizations. I mean intellectual property is ideas, little different protecting an idea. I had someone steal intellectual property from them and it has been a pain in my *** making their lives hell for doing that. I mean Im to the point where I think I need to kill their family.
