Harassment at work - how late is too late to press charges/file complaint with government for compensation?!?! |
2 yrs ago I worked at a company where I was harassed by an employee, who would blow up on me for no reason and verbally abuse me, he would speak badly of the manager and cause endless disputes between workers. There are no laws against being or hiring a jerk, even if they are the nephew of the CEO. Unless he hit you, threatened you, or SEXUALLY harassed you, you have no grounds for a suit. You got your unemployment and your best bet now is to put this in the past and move on with your life. |
