How much is workers compensation usually? |
I got a letter from the state of CA regarding my mom's death that may be work related. I don't understand why they are sending this almost 2 years after death. It's probably an attempt to keep you from suing before the Statute of Limitations runs out for Wrongful Death claims. You should probably have a worker's comp attorney look at it ASAP because there may be a lot more money to compensate you & your family for your loss. I would need to read the letter before I could guess what it is about. |
