Why does the DA get involved in a worker's compensation case?

I have a worker's compensation case and now they are going to court in March. And this has been going on for 2yrs.

the DA gets involved when fraud is suspected....as in somebody might need to be arrested because some irrefutable proof exists

Without the details its hard to say. Is there an allegation of fraud?

Judas was hiding in plain sight. while you were looking over your shoulder a guy with a video camera took pictures of you not being injured. you got busted for insurance fraud.
