What kind of lawyer for last will and testament issues?

My grandpa has a will. He has four children: 3 daughters and a son. My mother found out from her father's girlfriend that my uncle will be getting all the money he has.

My mother called up her brother and he said that he "doesn't remember signing it". Her father's girlfriend says that is a lie.

My mom has said that once her father dies, she is considering fighting for part of the money in the will.

My mom has dealt with a lot of crap from her father. He was physically and verbally abusive to all his children. And has done the same to his girlfriend for years.

What kind of lawyer will my mom need to fight for last will and testament issues? Does she need some sort of evidence? Does she have a shot?

She would need an attorney who specializes in Probate, and if the abuse was as wide spread as you say their should be plenty of witnesses to corroborate it in court, Good luck.~
