What kind of lawyer for last will and testament issues? |
My grandpa has a will. He has four children: 3 daughters and a son. My mother found out from her father's girlfriend that my uncle will be getting all the money he has. She would need an attorney who specializes in Probate, and if the abuse was as wide spread as you say their should be plenty of witnesses to corroborate it in court, Good luck.~ |
