Will my last will and testament be valid? |
If I already have and official Will, but I wish to make some changes and do not have the time to do so because of an emergency situation, could an informal Will be valid even if it is not notorized? You must note the time, date and that you are changing the last will to this one. Dot all your I's and cross all your T's so no one can contest it. No it needs to be witnessed and notarized but that's quick, easy and cheap. What kind of emergency would prevent you from completing the paperwork? no Get a lawyer, it can be done with a phone call, lighten up just leave what you got to the humane society. I wrote my own will and had it notarized and witnessed by 3 different people, at 3 different locations. There will be no contesting it. |
