What is a "modified will"(Last Will and Testament)? What does that mean??? |
When someone says that thir mother in law had a "modified will" what exactly does that mean in the legal sense. Can someone give me more information, and/ or definition. In simple terms, a modified will just means that original will was changed. A will is a legal document. |
