Our dollar bill says "In god we trust" yet the people that represent us lie, cheat, kill and practice adultry?

When does the time come that the majority uses it's power to set things straight? Or do we all just act like sheep untill we are poor, landlocked, and starving, with nowhere to turn?

It's our National motto.

What should it be then? -"in money we grub"?

Which is exactly why we need to trust God...not the government.

amen

This is what happens when we ignore our obvious Christian roots and try to separate religion and state too much.

Hypocrisy among politicians?
Apathy among voters?

NO WAY. You MUST be mistaken.

I feel your pain man, this country has strayed so far away from what the founding fathers had planned for us.

Maybe they're trusting in God to turn a blind eye?

I assume this is a rhetorical question. With all the recorded history of mankind to reference, you already know the answer.

Baaahhhhh...

There are quite a few of the majority that practice those same sins. Regardless, Power corrupts.

1. Currency is probably not the best place to turn for wisdom. Personally, I'm inclined to believe that there is no god. If there is, he, she or it seems to be preoccupied with something other than this buggered planet, small wonder. 2. Assuming you're talking about D.C. politicians when you refer to "the people that represent us", they haven't represented "us" for a long time unless you're one of those worth a couple million dollars or more. 3. They do lie and cheat, but their killing is usually done by someone else on their behalf. They don't need to practice adultery, because they've gotten quite good at it. 4. If history is any guide, then yes, we all act like sheep until we're poor, landlocked, and starving, with nowhere to turn. Then we revolt and allot of blood is spilled on both sides of the conflict.

WELCOME TO THE REAL WORLD....god is dead and no one cares....

I would cross reference the actual value of a dollar before I came to any conclusions.

Thank you sir... I'm going to do something about it. You have set me straight.

lmao thats funny

when it says in God we trust, they meant their god who is Lucifer
