Would you do this?

ok so me and my bf broke up after 7 months. and yesterday i was trying to tell him that if nicholas gets sick i dont want him leaving the house then he started syaing nobody can stop me by law but really i wasnt planning on giving him part custody with the problems we been having cuz i dont trust any of it and then he said well then he will have a police officer excort him over to my house and get nicholas. well im 31 wks pg and hes drives like a maniac with me in the car and i dont feel comfortable with trusting him driving so i havnt rode with him and now i dont trust my son to be in the car. plus he ahs disorders like 9 and he wants part custody and thery were thinkn i would sign papers right next to him. idk wat to do what would you do? im thinking bout only visitation rights but supervised for him to see his son cuz he dont always take it and he cant be off it and his mom wont even let us hang whe he dont take it cuz who knows what would happen. honestly what would you do?

Zzzzz...zzzzzz

If you have concerns about his driving, in an adult way let him know or drop your son off at his home personally.

Fathers have rights too and when it comes down to the final judgment unless you have proof that he is unfit you can not stop your son from spending time with his father.

I have no idea what you mean by disorders but if they are serious the judge will take those into account, just as he would any of yours, the judge may even require supervised visitation for you sons father... Bottom line is both of you should try to get along for the sake of your child, he is the one who will be harmed by a power struggle.

a little hard to follow hun, but i think i get you, i would defo leave him to it if it was me he wouldnt be getting anywere near my son and if it had to go to court i would tell them exactly why.

He has issues. You should give some serious thought to what you really want his involvement with your child to be, and consult an attorney to get them a matter of record.

You also might consider proofreading a little more carefully.
