I've just been given a house that is completely paid off via living trust. How soon can I pull some money out? How fast can you say, " goin to the bank"? If it's in your name, as fast as you can reach a mortgage broker. If it still held in trust, you probably can't. If it has been deeded to you outright, you can go right now. |
