In the state of Florida how long does it take to distribute a living trust after the Grantors death? |
all matters are in order and an attorney will be handling the paperwork, how long does it take for the death certificate to be issued and then what happens after that? I heard it could take a month in Florida. I am having financial problems is it possible to get a small advance or do I just have to wait it out. Thank you THIS IS A REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST. I THOUGHT IT WAS A SPEEDY PROCESS COMPARED TO PROBATE. HOW MUCH FASTER ? uh; it usually depends a great deal on the terms of the trust, the assets involved and the conditions for liquidation. |
