What is the likelihood of being found not-guilty for a traffic ticket? |
i was driving in another county where i've never been, pulled onto a road, and went a comfortable speed, before i ever saw a speed limit sign. the speed limit was 50 in a 30. YES i was speeding, but i didnt know it. couldnt the jerk cop give me a warning? Nope, the Court and the Police share the revenues generated by the tickets. No Your fault, all states have an unposted speed law, RI it's 35, mass and NH are 30, so you should have been going the states unposted speed. nah; you never win not guilty pleads for tickets it sucks but thats the way it goes i once got a $90 campus parking ticket at my college. ggggrrrrr that still pisses me off lol Speeding + ticket = Pay your fine |
