Traffic Stop? |
In a routine traffic stop (Speeding) does the police officer record your conversation? I'm trying to prepare my case. I live in the Texas area. yes! my cousin is a sheriff officer and he is required to record for things if he feels the need to.I belive if you deny or try to refuse the ticket they start recording because it could be a possible court case and they will need evidence... they always try and cover themselves. i cant give you a definite answer. I think some vehicles have camera and audio depending on where you live. If not i think the most the officer does is take notes on what happened at that stop. |
