Torts in the Workplace

Which torts could potentially impact your workplace? Do any of the torts you identified involve a defectively designed or manufactured product? What actions would you propose which could be taken in the workplace to eliminate or minimize the impact of the torts you identified

Seems like someone needs help with their homework.

I think you are looking for product's liability. Maybe someone had a negligently designed chair, sits on it, and falls to the ground. To eliminate the danger, pick a well constructed chair.

Or you could go with assault and battery, which is construed as sexual harassment. That could be cured by picking a more professional staff.
