What should i do?...? |
ive got a law exam on tort and can choose out of 3 subjects to write about..... which one would u choose? which is the easiest to learn and understand?? Tress pass to the person would be the easiest to learn but vicarious liability would be the most interesting, you can type either subject into the search bar at the top of the answers page where your question is posted and you will find a lot of material for study and comparison.~ 'Trespass to the person", is in my opinion, would be an interesting / easier subject for your learning & understanding. You can learn laws-of-tort taking the object as "yourself" claiming compensation accrued in favour of yourself under that law. Interesting ! No ? I'm with Rowan. I like the rule in Rylands and Vicarious liability is a statutory creation so fairly clear cut. Vicarious liability Vicarious liability and R v F. |
