What law covers Tort Law in Federal or Circuit Court in MI? Best answer receives 10 pts!?

Michigan state law, unless a federal statute has been violated.

Torts: negligence, fraud, etc. are generally tried in state courts. The only time torts would be tried in federal court is when federal law has been violated; when the violation occurred on federal land, DC, military bases, etc.; or where there is diversity of citizenship of the parties.

There are many cases in federal court where "diversity jurisdiction" is proper and in all of those instances Michigan state "tort" laws would apply.
