Is there a tort of privacy?

There is a tort of invasion of privacy if that is what you mean. A tort is used to describe the wrong (i.e. assault, infliction of emotional distress, trespass) not the right.

There are 5 Privacy Torts...

Defamation = harming a person's reputation via slander (oral) or libel (written)

Intrusion on Seclusion = physically intruding on someone's private space

Misappropriation = using another's likeness for commercial advantage

False Light = characterizing a person, their opinions, affiliations, etc. in an inaccurate and harmful manner

Public disclosure of private facts = self-explanatory
