What's a good way to sell a product/service without having to advertise?

I am an Independent Representative for a telecommunications company and have been trying to figure out a way to sell a product/service to people who want to great service for low cost. However, I cannot create flyer's because I can't use the company's logo. Also, there are many gated communities in my neighborhood that do not allow solicitors. What should I do?

Direct selling involves no advertisement.

i think the best way to do this is by getting the telephone and calling everyone starting from a-z or another way is by getting to know somebody from the gated communities and let this person feed the info about the product by means of word of mouth

Frequent places where people from your target neighbourhood meet and 'fall' into conversation with them. Converse and, sooner or later, they will ask about employment or something which allows you to broach the subject. Befriend people from the communities and you may be invited in to functions which allow you to widen your network including to other communities. Be generous with your cards.
In other words, good old word of mouth.
I would advise against phone as the first impulse when a person is not known is to hang up.
