If life begins at conception can you claim a miscarriage as a tax deduction ?

Not for like the whole year but for as long as the fetus was alive.

skygreencow...who said anything about abortion ?

No, not unless you were able to get a SS#.

Hilarious Report Abuse

Hey you get the whole year! If your baby is born on Dec 31st, you get an entire year's deduction, so as long as the miscarriage happened by Dec 31st, you'd get the deduction for the entire year. If the miscarriage happened prior to SEptember 30th, then you may be able to argue that the pregnancy started in the prior year, and amend your taxes from the previous year to include the deduction.

Over 40 million slaughtered babies in the USA alone!!! Yeah...that's real funny.

Tax deduction for what?
My mother had a miscarriage. That means God aborted my brother.
Is he going to Hell?

No. Nice try though.

Don't ask Obama. It's above his pay grade.

LMAO
