Did the Gov. Palin pay federal income tax on her per diem? |
According to news reports the Gov. was paid per diem for staying 312 days at home! This is ok! but the per diem is taxable! must have reciepts! Mine was always reported. I like to know about hers. Or did we pay double for her ? Yeah I would think something is fishy here...but in the article I read...it seems that no one is worried about it because apparently the last governor spent a lot more!!! So I guess as long as you're not AS BAD as the person who previously held your position...you're golden. An interesting concept considering our current president...hmmm.... Per Diem is non-taxed -- get a clue will ya I don't think so ... |
