I want to sue my tax man for being loaded, now i am under audit.?

My tax man hit enter to quick and e-filled my return and said oops, I need to ammend your return right now and hope you don't get an audit. Now I am! He was getting loaded, smoking grass when he did this error. He will not return my calls. What type of attouney should I get?
