I have a couple of credit card fraud questions?

My exhusband applied for and got a credit card about 10 years ago. I was a user on the account but I didn't fill out the application, I only signed as a user. I did not know that he had used his sons social security number on the application at the time. Now his son is 21 and is threatening to charge me with identity theft because my name is the other name on the account and his dad didn't pay the bill. How can I protect myself? His dad and I are no longer married. Also is it legal for the credit card company to give him my social security number when he didn't have it already? Isn't that illegal for them to do? I mean him and his wife could use it to steal my info for identity theft. Also it concerns me that they have this info because his mother is a drug addict. Can anyone please help me?

Call an attorney ASAP. This can all be easily fixed, but you will not be able to do it on your own

Silly place to seek this type of advice my friend.
