Someone reports you of sexual harassment in the workplace: Many things are weighted against you (1) You are entitled to be treated fairly. You cannot defend/comment about the complaint unless you know all of the details. You will never know who reported you unless it goes to court, the police will be involved if its very serious, it could go to a employee tribuneral (not sure if thats spelt right) you may be charged, sacked, and become someones toy in prison! you wont get told who reported you |
