Sexual Assault and Harassment? |
If some one is being wrongly accused of sexual assault, can the person being accused have charges of harassment brought up on the accuser? Gotta prove it was done maliciously first It tends to be difficult for the accused to bring counter-charges, but it is not impossible. Not sure about harassment, but perjury if the accuser lies under oath. that would be defamation of character. |

yep ...I'd contact the Bar Association and file a grievance. They'll go after him and if you can prove it, he can get suspended and/or lose his license. If you go on your state's web page... Call the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission). You have to go down that road before you can file a lawsuit anyway, and they will help you if they buy into your story. But we can'... Your husband needs to carry a tape recorder....and don't let the girl, or anybody else, know he is carrying a tape recorder. Now whether the tape will be admissible in court is another story, ... If she does and you have evidence that she has done this before .. . .. You have a defense and an offensive of her being a .. .. .. --------- "predator" --------- .. . .. And th... I agree with everyone who said to gather info about the harasser while driving to a police station. You didn't "overreact" like someone else here said, you were frightened and didn&... i would have shot them, placed a gun in there hands, sprinkle some crack on them, and called it self defense they had there guns drown. lol just kidding but i would have called the police about it.... I have an idea! Figure this out for yourself! ... |
