Can I get fired for sexual harassment if I am falsly accused of it?

I am really scared about this because I recently got my first job at the age of 14 at Dairy Queen. Well from the get go I met this girl who I became fast friends with. I have no intentions of getting into a deeper relationship or anything, but my sister who is my manager, told me that she once got another employee fired for a false accusation of sexual harassment. I don't think she would but another manager told me the same thing, and my mom has been telling me to stay away from her. I am really scared not only for my job but also because a sexual harassment claim will follow me for the rest of my life.

I meant to say that the girl I am friends with has gotten someone fired for sexual harassment

If she does and you have evidence that she has done this before
.. . ..
You have a defense and an offensive of her being a
.. .. ..
--------- "predator" ---------
.. . ..
And they are not all the rare, so the courts, know of them, people like her.
.. ..
So if she does do her so called thing to your job
Go to a lawyer who is wanting to make a name form them selves
They, the lawyer, will take a case as this just for the publicity

If your friend has gotten people fired before, try to keep your friendship to a very low level. Be cautious.
Try not to talk to her if it bothers you too much, it's better to just keep your job.

Keep your relationships at work, totally professional. Do NOT discuss anything other than work or the weather. NOTHING private.

if i were you, id move to a different dairy queen or another restaurant. its not worth it if you get something like that on your record.

if it happens again people might know shes wrong, or you could talk about it because girls talk too much and one thing leads to anouther.

i would quit, but it sounds like your working there because of your sister. So, I'd stay really friendly, but not hang out to much with her.

Do not ever put yourself in a situation where the two of you are alone, as this would be the prime time for her to make false accusations. If she brings these charges upon you, you could fight them and try to defend yourself; but basically it is her word against yours.

If you do get charged with a Sexual Harassment case, it will be on your permanent record and will show up everything a background check is conducted by future employers; basically meaning you would have a very tough time finding a job.
