I need legal advice. My friend wants to sue for sexual harassment.?

Recently my friend Abigail who is married, told me that she had had an affair. I was shocked, but not as shocked as I was when I heard who she had had the affair with. According to Abigail, she had intercourse with her pet golden retriever. I knew something about this didnt add up, Abigail is such a lovely woman, she would never do something like this, so I kept probnig her about it until she told me the truth. The retriever had sexually molested Abigail, jumping on her and pinning her to the floor whilst nobody was around. I told her we were going straight to the poice to file a report, but she said she wanted to be sure where the law stood on such an issue. Can a dog be prosecuted for sexual molestation?

Um... no. It's her pet. I suspect you're not getting the real story out of your friend. If her story is true, I'd suggest giving the animal up for adoption or have it euthanized (sp?).
