Sexual harassment in a workplace, can a simple body contact considered as such ? Any unwelcome contact, whether intentional or not can be determined sexual harassment. Depends, really. I mean, if he legitimately didn't mean to touch you then I wouldn't consider it sexual harassment. And if it was in a non-sexual area and he was only kidding then I still wouldn't consider it sexual harassment. It depends on the intent of the bodily contact. Was this person touching someone in a sexual way or was it a pat on the back for a job well done.... Well, intercourse can be defined as "simple body contact" even simple body contact isn't needed |
