The sexual assault and sexual harassment are just careless mistakes?

i finally confronted him.
he blamed me for my lack of assertiveless.

when i wanted him to stop his sexual acting, i was paralysed for fear and kept on sobbing.
he said he was just being not sensitve.
was he just rationalising?

Sexual Assault is a criminal act on the part of the offender, it is NEVER the fault of the victim. The same is true of Sexual Harassment.

You go to your local hospital or mental health clinic or even the local police and ask to speak to a Rape Victim counselor. That person will give you the straight story about this jerk.

He is not rationalizing, he is flat out lying and trying to manipulate you into letting him get away with serious criminal acts that he will repeat with some other victim.

It's scum like that that tars all males with the same brush.. He is not a man as he seems to pass the buck for his actions onto you (the victim). A man takes responsibility for his actions!

Hi, He was blaming you for his actions, you are not at fault he is, take no more of it, go and get help either from Social Services, Rape Services or the Police. You do not have to put up with this, it is HIM who is at fault. What a coward he is, do not put up with behaviour like this get out while you can. There is NO excuse for any form of abuse, never mind he was just not being sensitive, normal men do not behave like this. And by blaming you it's just to make him feel better about what he has done. He has to have someone to blame so you are his victim. Please get help he will carry on doing this. Good Luck x

please you are not at fault this monster is trying to do exactly what you just said- rationalize his own actions to hide the guilt. Call the police i hope you find the courage.

you really need to tell someone especially the police if its against your will its rape!!! hope your OK and do make sure you tell someone!! x
