No justice for sexual harassment victims?

I filed a sexual harassment complaint against a co-worker. The complaint was investigated by the HR department and according to them since it was his word against mine the most they could or shall I say would do is transfer me to another department. I feel like I have be victimized again. This guy waited for the right time when no one was around and fondled my breast I immediately told my supervisor and filed a complaint and he is getting off scott free. What can I do so that justice is done and no one else has to experience what I had to go through?

I would contact the police and file a complaint of assault against him. It's still "he said...she said" which makes it difficult.

Any touching from one person to another in my jurisdiction is Assault 3rd.

As an active duty military female, i deal with sexual harassment on a daily basis. I have gone to my supervisors with my complaints, and i've been told

-to watch how i dress (! i don't flash my breasts at work, i'm in my uniform!)
-to watch how i 'present' my self (ah, yes, because i'm just BEGGING to be harrassed)
-that i'm just too sensitive (this one is my favorite)

and, fyi, what he did isn't sexual harassment, it's sexual assault. you should report him to the police.

In the US, we work on the concept of innocent until proven guilty. While I can understand your frustration, why should your word have more weight than his?

When he harasses you again, and grabes your breasts - be kind and grab him by the b a l l s so hard that he will be sorry he ever came near you.

This is another of those planted questions to titillate,( Oh yes I meant the pun)us into feeling all outraged on your behalf. You said that no one was around, so how do we know that you are not trying to victimize a perfectly innocent person. You see how it looks to other folks that have to make a judgment. They have gone out of their way to accommodate you by moving you to another department. So grow up and take the move. sometimes in life if you cannot get over a problem, you have to go round it.
