Problems in the workplace...? |
A month or so after I started my job a fellow employee decided to tell me about a "relationship" he had with a stripper. He gave explicit details and talked about going on adult-friend finder. I was completely mortified, but intimidated. I documented this to my boss as sexual harassment and she sent it to our (then) DM who did NOTHING about it. BTW: he was stalking that woman! If you are that uncomfortable in your work place your are more than within your right to go outside the company and obtain a lawyer. Your management will obviously not do anything about this so take it upon yourself to get this handled. It may seem extreme but if there not going to do anything about it, you hiring someone who will, will more than certainly light a fire under your managers butts and things will get handled. Either they handle it internally or they can deal with the legal system. Best of luck to you |
