Problems in the workplace...?

A month or so after I started my job a fellow employee decided to tell me about a "relationship" he had with a stripper. He gave explicit details and talked about going on adult-friend finder. I was completely mortified, but intimidated. I documented this to my boss as sexual harassment and she sent it to our (then) DM who did NOTHING about it. BTW: he was stalking that woman!
Now, he told me that he put Purell in our assistant managers pop when he worked with him, and I told the assistant manager. He called the guy and asked if it was true and he said yes. THEN, he came to the store and went ballistic on both of us in front of customers!!
I feel completely uncomfortable in my job now, and I'm scared of this guy. My manager doesn't want to do anything about it because she thinks we'll all get in trouble because our new DM is a hardass.
I don't know what else to do. No matter what this guy does and to what degree he does it, the company will not get rid of him. I can't afford to quit...

If you are that uncomfortable in your work place your are more than within your right to go outside the company and obtain a lawyer. Your management will obviously not do anything about this so take it upon yourself to get this handled. It may seem extreme but if there not going to do anything about it, you hiring someone who will, will more than certainly light a fire under your managers butts and things will get handled. Either they handle it internally or they can deal with the legal system. Best of luck to you
