Sexual harassment case investigation procedures? |
If a complaint is filed with the companys confidential hotline and their research is only calling a manager that has been there for 2 weeks and does not really know anything, what laws is the company violating? They are not violating any laws.. If you need to make this a legal matter you have to contact someone from tho EEOC That question is hard to figure out. There are two types of harassment. One is Quid Pro Quo and the other is Hostile Work Environment. I assume that you are saying that the sexual harassment has to do with some kind of persistent touching, verbal or non-verbal harassment which does not tie the harassment to the employment status of the alleged victim. If the victim feels that he or she is not receiving fair treatment after filing a complaint with the company, this person can go to the EEOC's website and file a complaint. |
