Sexual harassment in work force? |
i work for a company and......the co-workers and sometimes even the supervisor. talk to like in some matters that isnt acceptable in the work force. Saying oh suck on a ****, and other phrases. If i get all this on tape. could i sue this company? Gather evidence not necessarily taping it but witnesses to corroborate your complaint. Take statements of witnesses and make an affidavit of your file. File a case against your superiors and co-workers in the higher management for harassment so that appropriate action will be taken. You'd have to make at least one formal complaint through the official channels of your company first. ummmmmm yes you can cuzz your not likein it and u are a better person,and then you have to go to court,but make sure you have it on tape or a person to say yeah she tellin da truth Yes You Are Eligible To Sue Them.. Remember Watch Your Back.. They Try All Stunts To Get You Into Trouble... The hard part would be finding a lawyer who would take the case. Well, you could make a deal of it. I work in the restaurant industry, so this is like an every day occurrence. I mean, were busy putting out food and a server may mouth off or something and boom it happens. Go F a goat or something may come out of one of my cooks mouth. The server may say something like where's my food you limp d***s. It happens, if you are offended then you need to make it known. Not just, surprise I want to put a law suite on you because I am a money hungry C**k!!! It goes both ways, I say buck up or find a new job. |
