Is it Sexual Harassment if your boss has sex with your wife and then tells you about it? |
...he uses polite language and only hints at the details through inuendo....and I have not yet told him that this is causing me distress. No it isn't sexual harassment. But it does sound like you are on the fast-track to that promotion that you've been wanting. If your wife is sleeping with your boss you have bigger problems than harassment. Get a lawyer. It's called adultery... among other things i'm sure. If this is true, you are an idiot to put up with it. No wonder she is messing around with your boss. I would dump both of them. I don't think so... unless he tells you that the only way for you to keep your job is to allow your wife to continue to have sex with him. no BEAT HIS A** ALREADY! Thats falls more under sadistic. look i dont know if its sexual harrasment or not but if your wife had sex with him it;s time to get rid of your wife and time to get a new job. if you are not sure ask your wife or your boss. it's better to know now that later. do it for your own sake. good luck i wouldve whooped ur bosses *** if i was you...but thats just me It is not sexual harassment, just harassment. You could have a good case against your boss for harassment, just not sexual. It is harassment - creating a hostile work environment. Report it to your Human Resources Department then deal with that cheating wife of yours. yes sexual harassment-- You might have a hostile work environment claim. Your emloyer could be strictly liable for your boss's actions. Maybe IIED too. See a lawyer. Potentially yes, this discrimination is based on your sex(male) and is creating hostile work environment. If this has alienated you from your wife sexually, then yes. |
