Wat is sexual harassment?

What is sexual harassment, it is when someone is actually touching you at the workplace, saying things that are sexual, making sexual signs, almost thing sexual that offends you, that someone else is doing.

*your slient*

No? (Grabs arm): Why don't you come by my place with me and the boys an' find out?

*And that's your que to punch hime or spray him with mace, or maybe even shoot him. Lots of men/women mess with the wrong woman*

If you have to ask this kind of question then I am not sure you would understand the answer.

harassing someone sexaully lol

Doing or saying something of a sexual nature that offends another person. Either the person you are doing it to-or a third person observer (excessing flirting or whatever in a work place would be an example of thrid person observer)

anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. Like someone saying "you fill out that shirt nicely" or any kind of suggestions, in the sexual area of course.

Sexual harassment is when somebody forces or touches your privates parts, forces you to have sex with him/her.

any sexually suggestive situation that makes you feel uncomfortable, providing you didn't start the conversation.

if someone talks dirty or kisses you at work and you dont want him/her to.

sexual harrassment is a violation of the law of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. Sexual harassment is defined as Unwelcomed sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and other verbal and physical conduct of a sexual nature.

asking you to go to bed commenting on your top or back side touching where they should not.

when someone constantly makes unwanted sexual gestures and comments to you and constantly hits on you even after you ask them to stop

when someone talks about your sexuality at work, they act certain ways because they think your a certain preference or you don't get promoted because they think your gay or lesbian

when your raped in the work place

Sexual harassment is Defined as : Unwanted Sexual attention OR in Serious cases Sexual Violation [ such as sexual crimes] However it mostly refers to Unwanted sexual attention of the lesser degree But it CAN esculate to Severe crimes if not stopped.

It is when somebody harasses your well being in a sexual and uncomfortable or unwanted way. verbally or physically.

sexual harrassment is any UNWANTED behavior that is sexual in nature. It can be anything from a look or a wink, to a sexual joke, or even straight up touching. It can also be in the form of quid pro quo (this for that) in which one person superior to another offers special favors or incentives such as promotion or good evaluations in exchange for sexual favors from a subordinate. And obviously sexual harrassment can be perpetrated by males and females both to either sex. It's not limited to just males sexually harassing females.

Sexual harrassment is whatever you determine it to be and it changes with the person who is viewing it. For instance, an off-color joke might be considered to be sexual harrassment by some - and not others. Believe it or not, complimenting what you are wearing can also be. Its all in the viewpoint of the recipient.

This can take many forms but basically can be simply someone of the opposite sex making sexually suggestive comments/remarks or gestures which are found to be upsetting by anyone hearing/seeing them- this is usually from a manager but could even be from a subordinate person. To make a successful case there will normally have to be a witness to this happening on more than one occassion. If it involves touching or other bodily contact then this can be made into a case of assault as well as harassment.

suk me dik and i will tell you

let me fondle your tities or i will fire you, jokes about how big your **** are everyday and your
boss perving on you and maybe asking for favours and abusing there position

when pervs harras you for sexual pleasure

If you want the dictionary answer, it is defined as harrassment or unwelcomed attention of a sexual nature. In laymen's terms, it's basically anything (a look, an innuendo, a cartoon, etc) that is of a sexual nature and makes you uncomfortable.

It could simply be defined as inappropriate behavior that has sexual overtones. But in fact it can be quite subtle and difficult to pin.

My favorite definition is the one from wikipedia:

It is a form of sexual advancement generally in the work place that is rejected by the advancee. If a male asks a female on date and she accepts, then it is not sexual harrassment. But, if she rejects him, and he continues to pursue her, then she has a case of sexual harrassment.

a member of opposite sex making remarks or suggesting actions of a sexual nature to a non-consenting member constitutes sexual harassment.

two parts: Unwanted sexual advances, hostile work environment.

1) Your boss, or anyone in authority over you making unwanted sexual overtures, or tying sexual favors to raises or promotions,

2a) ANYTHING that makes you uncomfortable at your job including but not limited to: Nude pictures, profane language, snide comments about your sexual orientation or activity, gossip (even if it is not about you), advances by coworkers of same or lowed status.

2b) complaints to your boss or HR, that go un addressed.
