So my instructor was grading another one of my tests, and all of sudden in the middle of it, she sucked on her pen, but made it look like she was just pausing to think or somehting and then went back to grading it as if nothing happened... Then when she was done (I got a 97%) she told me again that I was a "bad boy" for not getting the other 3% and she slapped my a**

Yea Id say you have a case of harassment going on. I didn't see if you listed an age or what kind of school. I think going to a supervisor would be a good way to go here but be aware of repercussions. I wish you well and if its unwanted behavior from her I wouldn't confront her with it directly.
