How can sexual harassment in workplace and other places be eradicated?

Segregate men and women in the workplace.

Why people have a hard time understanding that men and women are attracted to each other and some people (including women) have a problem with NOT expressing their wants or desires is beyond me...it's like there's an operator error between their mouth and their brain.

I have met some of the most intelligent, business minded, successful men that just cannot resist staring at a woman's breasts instead of looking into her eyes. It's instinct and it's natural.

Is it right? No, of course not. Everyone in a work enviroment should be treated equally, fairly, and asexually. Since we humans are animals in our own rights with our own instincts it's really naive to believe it's never going to happen.

Replace all workers with robots.. that's about the only way.

It's impossible to get rid of sexual harassment completely, but the best way to keep it to a minimum is to have laws against it that are strictly enforced.

All female or all male work force, that's it.

Make it a No Joke Policy, one strike, you are out the door policy. No one should have to put up with it in order to work.

Women need to get together and really think about what really bothers them and then have a group unbunching of their panties!
~Dr. Bob Kelso from Scrubs

Holding the company liable for sexual harrasment is probably the best way to make sure the company takes harrasment seriously, because now the higher ups know that they can be at fault if they do not help to stop the situation. Granted it will never be erradicated just like racism or other social problems that occur in the work place but the best you can do is make minorities and women feel comfortable knowing that they do not have to be in a workplace that tolerates this behavoir.
