Why is sexual harassment a problem in the workplace for woman?

It's never been a problem for me. I only have encountered it a couple of times and I very easily nipped it in the bud by threatening to go after the other person for sexual harassment.

No one should be required to engage in unwanted sexual activity as part of their employment.
