Do you think sexual harassment is a big issue nowadays? yes its bigger now then ever beacause 80 percent of it doesnt get reported and for a guy to sexual harass or abuse a women is just wrong Yep Come a little closer and I'll tell you. Yes! It most certainly is. YES!! not now a days but from long back it is a big issue and it shud be one....... Define sexual harassment. anything that offends people is an ISSUE. You betcha. No I don't think it is that big as it is being viewed as I feel it is most of the time a self created problem. Yes... keep the smut toilet humour and unwanted body contact out of the workplace! Yes, most of the time it does not get reported because it will just make matters worse. I had a problem with a guy that would make comments to someone just loud enough for me to hear as I walked by like "she's hot" or "mmm mmm" as he looked you up and down or would say things that could be taken two different ways such as "working hard or just hard at work" and of course would say the last part as I was walking away with enough distance to be able to deny saying it. What's the point in saying something, someone who is going to be a jerk has usually been doing it for a number of years and knows how to get around getting in trouble for it. |
