Going through a sexual harassment lawsuit. Wondering a round about dollar figure I will be looking at.? |
It happened in Washington. The harasser was the owner of the company. Alot of horrible stuff, yes I am working with an attorney, but they won't answer the question about money because they don't want to steer me in the wrong direction. Cant really go into many details, but alot of touching, comments, jokes, allowing customers to grab me and act however they wanted, even after I begged them to stop. OH MY GOD!! DO NOT LISTEN TO CITRONGE. Pre-paid legal is, in my opinion, mostly a scam. 100.000 Are you currently working with an Attorney on this matter? If not, click the link below and watch an online presentation about a great service that provides access to your rights 24/7. You get an entire Law Firm at your beck and call. I know I don't have the $200-$400 an hour money to pay for an Attorney, but with this service I can afford it! 70,000 to 100,000, if settled out of court Depends on where it happened, what type of business, the circumstances. Your lawyer should be able to answer that one. |
