Is grabbing someones breast considered sexual harassment? |
someone did that to my friends gf and im tryin to help him out she told him not to do it but he kept doing it anyways No, it's sexual battery, and it's a felony. yes it is Not at all. As per the law, sexual harassment is 'unwanted sexual advances.' Therefore the grabber HAS to be told by the person who was grabbed that they do not want this type of advances. THEN and ONLY then if the incident repeats itself would it be considered sexual harassment. i think so what he said ^ Not just harrassment ... it is sexual assault Yea, it sure is. Is posting a question like this stupid? In MOST cases, yes. Of course it is.He needs to be arrested. Only if she didn't want him to grab it. yes if she was offended I agree with the sexual battery answer. Battery is any touching when not given permission. yes NAH! Nope, it's sexual battery/assault. absolutely ...if someone touched my breast and he wasn't "allowed" to that boy/girl would of been hit. :P What if someone went up to and grabbed your "family Jewels" yes... any unwanted touching is considered sexual harrassment... although sometime this has to be verbally address to the offender before action can be taken. what you are referring to is definitely harassment, no questions asked yep very bad, probably a crime If it really isn't that serious, don't take it that far, with cops and everything. You can even punch the guy or scare him and make him apologize as corny as it sounds.. it's sexual assault and you could be arrested for it if the person didn't want you to. and yes it's also sexual harrassment yes, if you said no depends. its only harrasment if the grabee didnt want to be touched. unless it was a questions of the fabric of her shirt., ex: she could have said her shirt was made of cotton, and he disagreed and told her its FELT. :P It really all depends on if she wanted him to do it...if she asked him outright to grab her chest. If she did, then the woman really wouldn't have a case. |
