If its someones first time doing sexual harassment or sexual battery do they only get off with a warning?

last questions and my report is done.
second time
3rd time?
promise last q
then i have to turn my paper in tonight

sadly this is often the case Although Jessica's Law will give child predators 25 years minimum for the first offense.

While that used to be true, it is rapidly changing. These days, people get punished severely for sexual harassment OR sexual battery the first time. They won't get off with a warning.

It depends on the offence and the severity of it. In this day and age sexual harassment is taken very seriously. Look in your state statute book and that will tell the tale for you.

Because the prisons are filled with the truly dangerous menaces to our society. The most frightening, heinous, evildoers known to American freedom.... the potsmokers.

If they'd let these Oreomunchin' badguys out they'd have more room to house the real criminals.

Actually, they receive a felony strike and must be reported as a sexual predator.
