Can a woman sue for sexual harassment if she consentually had sex with her married boss? |
then threatens him that if he doesn't give her a raise she will sue and/or report it? Would she have a case even though she srewed around with him several times before? Would she possibly be the harasser? This is exactly why nearly every company has fraternization policies which prohibit personal relationships between a boss and a subordinate. Both of them have violated company policy and you both are likely to get be fired once this comes to light (more so the manager as it shows extremely poor judgement). Best solution would be for the manager to resign now and look for another job. If he is not there, he will not be in the middle of the quandry. Yeah, I'm pretty sure she would lose any case she brought, especially if she is making demands to keep things quiet. No if she did it willingly. It's called blackmail if he reports her. Then she will be prosecuted and sent to prison. He has the upper hand because she's an operator. He may be a dupe She can sue, but she probably won't win. Honestly, that sounds like the Monica Lewenski scandal. People tried to blame it on Clinton, but it takes two to tango. Women, can sue if there's not enough toilet paper, in the ladies room. This slows our system for legitimate claims. |
