What do i do when i reported sexual harassment's and it took 3 times to get reolved? |
reported to boss i was being herassed,he said he would take care of it but it happened again that afternoon,he said he talked to the guys boss but it happened again the next day but i had a witness who videoed it on his cell. we took it to both bosses that day they said he would be terminated but my boss left it up to the guys boss. the next day my boss tells me that the other boss told guy to stay away from me i was very emotional cause my husband said i would have to quit if he still worked there. i told my boss im going to have to lie to my husband to keep my job and not to mention my husband wanted to fite, my boss said well i dont blame him if it was my wife i would to but he acted like it was ok 4 me to just lie and say he got fired when he didnt i was crying the witness said no u shoudnt lie to ur husband or quit ur job, it wasnt ur fault so he went to human resourses and showed her video the guy was fired.then 2 days later witness was fired.4 lame reason what do we do?? Go to the EEOC and file a complaint. Or you could hire an attorney that specializes in sexual harassment cases. |
