How do I file a Sexual Harassment claim ? |
with out my mom knowing. what does your mom have to do with it? If you work for a company than start with HR or find a lawyer who specializes in that if you have already started with HR and they have done nothing. If you're in college then go to your affirmative action office. If it's a relative and you're young - go to a school offical because that's called abuse. 1)depends on the seriousness of the case 2)if ur under 18 she has to co-sign a doc 3)if someone acts as leagle guardian u and that person could go to jail and the sexual case would be thrown out..4)if it was verbal sorry but theres no proof ur word against theres so not a good case 5) if u dont want ur mom to know do nothing but that is a horrible idea for u just tell her she'll be happy u went to her and will prolly go on a civil sute against the offender also the offender if he/she is over 18 and u are not will go on the child protection against child petifiles for 15-25 years If you're under 18 more than likely she will find out, but you can't allow this to happen to you!!! You are the victim and should be treated as so. Too many people are worried about what might happen if they do file a claim, but its something that has to be done otherwise these pervs think they can get away with it!!!! Best of luck to ya!! |
