What California case said that sexual harassment can be between people of the same gender? The first case to explicitly recognize this as a violation of California law was Mogilefsky v. Superior Court (1993) 20 Cal.App.4th 1409 Dan White and Harvey Milk. Oncale vs. Sundowner Offshore Services. Google it and you will find some good reference. This was a SUpreme Court case addressing Title VII, but i think it is what you want. |
