What is the definition of sexual harassment.?

What is the definition of sexual harassment.?

Something that makes another person uncomfortable.

I used to work with an older man who continuously stared at my crotch, and it made me very uncomfortable.
This same man also asked me questions that made me very uncomfortable, such as the time he called me over to his desk, and then raised a sheet of paper exposing his middle finger. He said to me that he hurt his finger and asked me if I knew of a warm, damp place that he could stick it.
I walked away quickly, and tried to stay away from that man as much as possible.

People should stop and think for a moment before they do or say certain things.
Would you like it if a man stared at your wife's or your mother's crotch and would you like it if a man said lewd things to your wife or your mother?
If the answer is no, then don't do it.

Unwanted sexual contact, whether it's physical or spoken.

its a very complicated term and most of the time rather i say all the time FEMALE uses this term.
they even think that they are sexually offended by seeing them for some time

Well, any unwanted attention that revolves around looks, or sexual wants. People should be able to go to work or anywhere without having to deal with other people forcing their attraction of them into their space. SO STAY OUT!

The only reason "sexual harassment" is even an "issue" is because of liberals who never got the attention and are jealous.

It should be graded, not charged.

Unwanted grabbing, groping, making sexual inneundos, forcing you to have sex to keep your job , displaying pictures of naked men or women and him/her pointing them out to you.

Sexual harassmanet doesn't just happen to young girls and women it also is happening more and more to young men and some older men.

There really are no hard definitions of sexual harassment. There are the obvious like unwanted touching or sexual comments/innuendos. But it is also considered harassment to refer to a coworker by gender. For ex:, if you say "Hello Ladies" to a group of female coworkers, that is considered harassment. Nevermind calling someone Honey or Sweetheart. To even tell a lady "you look nice today" is wrong.

Go figure.
